Members present: Kent Hanley, Eric Osgood, Michael Patch, Selectboard;William Milo, Tax Collector; Helen Neill, Clerk.

Bill Milo said that he talked with Sharon Green and because SD&L and Brad Moore are both in court, their lawyers want to wait to pay all their taxes. He said the delinquent taxes amount to $8,229.00 plus they have this year's taxes to pay. The lawyers said they would be paid in six months.

Bill said that he told Sharon No and then he thought he should get thebacking of the Selectboard.

Kent said no extensions have been given other accounts that have asked, so they should not be any different.

Motion made by Michael to deny the request for extension of SD&L and Brad Moore Delinquent Taxes; seconded, so voted. Kent voted also to deny.

Bill told the Board that there are 44 properties on the delinquent tax list to go to Tax Sale. At least one member of the Selectboard will have to be at the tax sale in order to buy any properties that aren't sold.

Kent filled out an Act 250 questionnaire for Donald Henn on Route 15.

Letter from Raechel Patch of the Recreation Committee saying that Brooke Lockwood Cole has resigned and that Kathy McKnight and Teresa Manning were interested in getting on the Committee.

Motion made by Michael to appoint Teresa Manning and Kathy McKnight to the Recreation Committee and accept Brooke Lockwood Cole's resignation; " seconded, so voted. There were three ayes.
