SELECTMEN'S MEETING

August 24, 2001

Members Present: Eric Osgood, Blame Delisle, Daryl West, Brad Reed, Franklin Hooper, Selectmen, Bruce White, Dennis Ferland, Michael French, Joseph Donna, Kevin
Tinker, William Jewett, Road Foreman, Rosemary Audibert, Clerk

Eric called meeting opened at 7:00 p.m.

Brad moved to go into executive session to hold interviews for the road crew position, Daryl seconded, so voted.

Board came out of executive session at 8:20 p.m.

Brad moved to offer the road crew position to Bruce White at an hourly rate of $11.50, with a probation period of 90 days and then the same rate of pay as the road crew, Rocky seconded, so voted.

Blame moved to accept truck bid from Hardwick Motors for a pick up with a plow package, unless a bid from McMahan's comes in less, Daryl seconded, so voted.

Eric filled out an Act 250 questionnaire for the Green Mountain Club for a walk bridge across the Lamoille River.

Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
