Proclamation

In recognition of, Michael Brian Stearns rank of Eagle Scout, achievement very few scouts attain, a respected leader among peers with recognized accomplishment by the public at large.

THEREFORE, WE, Select Board for Johnson, by virtue of the authority vested in us by the Johnson Charter and laws of Vermont, do hereby proclaim Saturday January 27, 2007, as:
