Johnson is very fortunate to have well qualified of individuals who make up the team that administers our community services. Our Wastewater Treatment Facility operator, Don Garrett, exemplifies this. Don has been with us for 30 years, and has seen more than a few ups and downs, including a couple of recent floods, which impacted his responsibilities a bit more than many realize. The WWTF facility is maintained impeccably. The grass is mowed and trimmed judiciously, the tile floors are clean and shiny, and the lab is organized and efficient. This state of the art facility has been the recipient, and Don as well, of numerous State recognitions for its operations. Often engineers and other communities to exempli~ what is possible use the plant as a role model.

Don has recently been addressing serious health issues, and yet has never missed a beat in the operation of the plant. In fact, he has carried right on and is still receiving awards. The Village of Johnson proudly dedicates this year's report to Don, and wishes him and his family the best fbr many more years to come

Respectfully,

Board of Village Trustees
