June 12 Johnson saw very high waters and some flooding. As can be seen below the Power House Covered bridge is safely above the roaring Gihon river. The Scribner Covered bridge was only inches above the roaring waters, and was only saved from being lost when the water found it's way over the road and around the bridge. The road has been replaced allowing the Scribner to be reopened.
