We wish to make this the event of the season, and
shall spare no pains to that end.
The hall will be in charge of competent floor managers
and we can assure everyone of courteous treatment and
a good time. Prizes will be given to the lady and
gentleman wearing the most attractive costume also to
the lady and gentleman wearing the most grotesque.
A fine assortment of masks for both ladies and
gentlement will be on sale at W.D. Welch
