2002 Village Report - Rosemary Audibert

What does the name Audibert mean to you? Well, for a lot of "old time" Johnson residents, it means a family that now dates back generations, moving to town, sometime back in the 50's when quite a number of French Canadian farming folks migrated to our small hill and valley dairy lands. It meant friends in school, and as most of the family children settled in the area, the third and fourth generation became part of the fabric of the community.

The Village of Johnson is very fortunate that Rosemary Audibert is one of this family that decided to grow roots here as well. She has served the community for many years in our municipal government, and presently serves as our Village Clerk, Town Clerk and many other hats as well. We proudly dedicate this years Village Report to Rosemary, representative of not only our rich past, but our promising future as well.
