It is with great respect, admiration and affection, that this Town Report is dedicated to Helen Neill. Helen is retiring after serving the town for over thirty years, as Town Auditor, Assistant Clerk and, since 1987, as Town Clerk. During the years of Helen's service, local government, Vermont schools and State regulations have become increasingly complex. Helen's competent hand has guided us through these changing and sometimes turbulent times with dedication, steadiness, and common sense. We would all like to thank you, Helen, for a job well done.
